Mrs. Beckham or Victoria Beckham ladies and gentleman tops the chart as per Mr. Blackwell. According to Mr. Blackwell, “Forget the fashion spice – wearing a skirt would suffice! In one skinny mini monstrosity after another, pouty posh can really wreck-em.”

According to Mr. Blackwell the second spot goes to another British celebrity who was in the news for all the wrong reasons before as well, Amy Winehouse.
